No previous experience is necessary as we are dedicated to providing comprehensive training. If you have a passion for cooking and a desire to learn, we will support you in becoming an integral part of any culinary team.

As an apprentice, you will engage in full-time kitchen operations under the mentorship of seasoned chefs. Alongside completing a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, you will play an active role in ensuring outstanding service for our patrons.

What You Can Expect from Your Apprenticeship:
  • Regular one-on-one and virtual meetings every six weeks
  • A blend of practical and theoretical training, including workshops
  • Quarterly evaluations with your Apprentice, Line Manager, and Trainer
  • Constructive feedback sessions to monitor your development
  • Achievement of English and Maths Functional Skills (if required)
  • 30 hours of paid work each week

Wage Information:
16-20 years old: £8.60 per hour
21+ years old: £11.44 per hour

At Lifetime Training, you will embark on a 15-month Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship program.
