POSITION: CHILDCARE QUALIFICATIONS ASSESSOR / TRAINER

Work Arrangement: This role offers a flexible hybrid working environment, combining remote work with travel to various educational settings for assessments and training.

Compensation: Annual salary of £28,000

Employment Type: Full-time (Hours are negotiable)

Candidate Profile

Our trainers serve as the primary contact for learners, delivering exceptional training and fostering strong relationships with both learners and employers, which has led to our impressive reviews from Ofsted, NCFE, and Matrix.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education or equivalent is essential, along with substantial experience in the Early Years / Education sector. Familiarity with E-Learning Portfolios and a strong passion for delivering high-quality training. Leadership and management experience. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in IT. A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for regional travel are required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 and functional skills up to Level 2 is preferred. A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g., A1, CAVA) are advantageous, or candidates must be willing to pursue these qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering a variety of award-winning qualifications. Utilizing our e-portfolio system to oversee the learner journey. Managing a reasonable caseload with dedicated support for each learner. Conducting accurate assessments of learners against National Standards. Developing tailored solutions to enhance the learning experience. Upholding Equal Opportunities at all times. Ensuring timely processing of paperwork and grading assignments within two weeks. Regularly marking and updating E-Learning portfolios. Meeting with senior management to discuss learner progress.
