Position Overview:

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in pension administration? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a maternity cover position, focusing on the efficient management of our employees' pension lifecycle.

Salary: Competitive, along with Veolia benefits

Working Hours: Full Time, covering a period of 9-12 months

Your Responsibilities:
This role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including managing inquiries regarding pensions and life assurance. You will:
  • Provide expert pensions knowledge through effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, and Finance.
  • Support change management initiatives that impact pension operations, ensuring processes are documented and regularly reviewed for improvement.
  • Act as a backup for the Finance & Compliance Administrator and assist the Senior Trustee & Supplier Oversight Officer as needed.
  • Assist the Pensions Operations & Supplier Relationship Manager by accurately processing member data to ensure the smooth operation of our pension schemes.

Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in the pensions industry with knowledge of various pension schemes (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Able to analyze complex issues and deliver solutions on time
  • Capable of supporting colleagues effectively
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
