As a Pension Transfer Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing and executing Pension Operations tasks, including Transfers, Drawdown, and Pension Contributions.
  • Guiding customers through the complete transfer journey, providing clear communication and support at every stage.
  • Actively contributing to process improvements within the Pension Operations department, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated technical expertise in transferring assets within the financial sector.
  • Hands-on experience with transfer systems such as Origo and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric approach, prioritizing clear communication and positive interactions.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in Financial Services Operations Management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of operational processes.
  • Knowledge of Pension administration principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
