Key Responsibilities:
This position is designed to cover maternity leave for a duration of 9-12 months.
Your primary focus will be overseeing the daily administration of employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, retirements, and contributions. You will prioritize and manage inquiries from members and employees regarding pensions and life assurance.
Provide essential pensions expertise through effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, and Finance. You will also support change management initiatives that impact pension operations, ensuring processes are documented and regularly reviewed for improvement.
In addition, you will serve as backup for the Finance & Compliance Administrator and assist the Senior Trustee & Supplier Oversight Officer as needed.
Support the Pensions Operations & Supplier Relationship Manager by accurately processing member data critical to the smooth operation of Veolia's pension schemes across the UK and Ireland.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the pensions sector with knowledge of various pension schemes (preferred)
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner
- Strong support skills for team members
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities
