Pension Operations Specialist

Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is seeking a highly skilled Pension Operations Specialist to join its Customer Operations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer care for our Trustee clients, processing funding for schemes in line with deal requirements, and reconciling monthly payroll funding for schemes not administered by PIC's outsourced administrators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in completing data reconciliation, delivering excellent customer service, and checking work and providing feedback. They will also possess good technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes, established knowledge of Pensions Administration, and familiarity with pension buy-ins & buy-outs and transitions process.

The Pension Operations Specialist will work closely with key stakeholders in the business, including Transitions & Finance, and will be responsible for undertaking ad-hoc project work as required, managing work streams, and ensuring timescales are met. They will also produce inputs into MI and reports for PIC Senior Management.

In addition to a competitive base salary and the opportunity to participate in our annual, performance-related bonus plan, the successful candidate will receive private medical insurance, 28 days' annual leave (excluding bank holidays), and a generous pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
