Pension Transfer Specialist Job Description

Nutmeg Saving and Investment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Pension Transfer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Pension Transfer Team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of Pension Operations functions, including Transfers, Drawdown, and Pension Contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of Pension Operations functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Process the end-to-end transfer journey for customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Contribute to process improvements, driving forward your own career and development.
Requirements:
  • Subject Matter Expert experience of transfer systems, specifically Origo.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise workload across multiple workstreams.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience, creating multiple contact points and ensuring quality and service standards.
  • Ability to engage in debate on customer experience and a genuine desire to help customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial Services Operations Management experience.
  • Pension administrative knowledge and experience.
  • Good Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel.
