About the Role

As an Assistant DC Pensions Consultant, you'll provide essential support to our dynamic DC Consulting team and its valued clients/trustees. This role offers a blend of client-facing work, project management, and professional development opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on scheme transitions, employee communications, value for money assessments, and draft Chair statements.
  • Contribute to general pensions consultancy by conducting research on current trends and legislative changes. Present your findings and actively participate in business development initiatives.

About You

We seek a candidate with a solid understanding of Defined Contributions schemes, ideally with prior experience in a similar consultant role.

  • Possess strong IT skills and a commitment to professional growth by pursuing PMI or FCA-approved advisor qualifications (e.g., CII or equivalent), unless you are already well underway.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professional integrity and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, as our consulting team works closely with actuaries, investment specialists, administrators, and support staff.
  • Maintain a client-centric approach in all your interactions.
