About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Defined Contribution Sales Leader to join our growing UK Institutional Sales team. Reporting to the Head of UK Institutional Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the UK DC market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a successful sales strategy for the UK Defined Contribution market.
- Drive new business growth within the UK DC sector, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Client Service, Product Development, Finance, and HR, to ensure seamless client experience and achieve shared objectives.
- Manage and oversee sales activities, relationship management, and marketing initiatives for Defined Contribution clients and prospects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes within the UK DC market, adapting our strategies accordingly.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on investment solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
Your Profile:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in institutional sales within the UK DC market. You possess a deep understanding of investment markets, products, and strategies relevant to Defined Contribution plans.
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers will be crucial to your success in this role.
