Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with our leadership team to craft and implement a product-led go-to-market strategy, balancing community engagement with enterprise revenue growth.
  • Design and Scale Sales Processes: Build and refine scalable sales processes that support product-led growth and enterprise growth, defining metrics and KPIs to track success and optimize performance.
  • Drive Enterprise Sales: Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise customers, aligning enterprise sales efforts with product-driven growth initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Performance manage and develop our sales team.
  • Metrics and Accountability: Leverage data to drive decisions and track sales performance and product adoption, ensuring we meet growth objectives.
