Sales Territory Leader Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Leader to lead our sales efforts in Buckinghamshire, Oxford, Berkshire, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • To represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A company car or cash allowance.
