About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Consultant Assistant to join our team at XPS Pensions Group. As a key member of our DC Consulting team, you will provide high-quality consultancy support to our clients and trustees, working closely with senior colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultancy support to the DC Consulting team and its clients/trustees, under the direction of senior colleagues.
  • Assist with client work, people management, and development, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
  • Support senior colleagues with scheme transitions, employee communications, and value for money assessments.
  • Participate in general pensions consultancy, undertake research on topical issues, and present on these matters to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Defined Contributions schemes and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to work with various software applications.
  • Keen to study for PMI or FCA-approved advisor qualifications, such as CII or equivalent.
  • High degree of professional integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with actuarial, investment, administration, and support teams.
