About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Consultant to join our team at XPS Pensions Group. As an Assistant DC Pensions Consultant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality consultancy support to our clients and their trustees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultancy support to the DC Consulting team and its clients/trustees.
  • Assist senior colleagues with scheme transitions, employee communications, and value for money assessments.
  • Participate in general pensions consultancy, undertake research on topical issues, and present on these matters.
  • Contribute to business development and help drive the growth of our pension consulting services.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Defined Contributions schemes and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to work with various software systems.
  • Keen to study for PMI or FCA-approved advisor qualifications (e.g., CII or equivalent).
  • High degree of professional integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
