Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our Debt Recovery Team, you will be responsible for collecting unpaid fines and resolving debtor queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collection of unpaid fines outstanding in line with Debt Recovery processes
  • Resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Reviews of cases and any associated write-offs
  • Dealing with Hardship (Payment Plans)
  • Knowledge of court recovery processes in the UK

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

  • Knowledge and experience of Debt Recovery and how it works
  • Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a call centre environment

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge and experience of Court Recovery Processes in the UK
