About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Lipson Lloyd-Jones Ltd. As a key member of our Recoveries team, you will be responsible for managing and handling a variety of issues from initial enquiry to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting of Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, Winding-Up Petitions, and issuing all debt recovery Court Proceedings for the Litigation team.
  • Processing claims through the MCOL up to and including Judgment stage, including drafting particulars of claim and witness statements where required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of operating Case Management Systems and dealing with volume-based debt recovery work. You will also have a working knowledge of issuing insolvency-based proceedings.
