Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Phocas Software. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a software-based solutions environment.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
