Job Title: Genetics Sales Account Manager

De Lacy Executive is seeking an experienced Genetics Sales Account Manager to join a leading cattle genetics company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new business opportunities throughout your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Grow new relationships into long-term partnerships through business development and sales efforts
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the UK Dairy sector, including practical experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage a territory and prioritize sales efforts to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • BSc or above in a relevant subject
  • Strong understanding of the UK Dairy sector, including practical experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • A head for figures and negotiation, with resilience and drive to succeed in sales
  • Full UK driving license
