Genetics Sales Account Manager

De Lacy Executive is seeking an experienced Genetics Sales Account Manager to join a leading cattle genetics company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new business opportunities throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical support to clients and ensure their needs are met
- Grow new relationships into long-term partnerships through business development and sales efforts
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the UK Dairy sector, including practical experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage a territory and prioritize sales efforts to achieve business objectives
- BSc or above in a relevant subject
- Strong understanding of the UK Dairy sector, including practical experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A head for figures and negotiation, with resilience and drive to succeed in sales
- Full UK driving license
- Salary in line with experience
- Bonus/commission scheme
- Pension
- Company vehicle
