Job Title: Sales Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team at BlueOptima. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing key business decisions within the revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing sales productivity, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Manage and analyze all data generated by the revenue teams, providing senior leadership with insights on where to concentrate their efforts.
  • Oversee the suite of revenue tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they generate revenue and value for clients.
  • Collaborate with and influence cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Actively identify and redefine processes and systems to enhance and ensure we scale the business effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience within revenue operations, sales operations, operations, consulting, client-facing role, or corporate development.
  • Good organizational and project management skills to impact the organization.
  • Passion for startups, technology, and software development.
