OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to enhance our Conference and Events division at The Celtic Collection.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail to guarantee that exceptional service standards are upheld, contributing to a seamless experience for our guests.

We require an outstanding team player with strong motivational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service. A professional demeanor and high presentation standards are essential.

Your background should include experience in leading teams within a hospitality setting, demonstrating a commitment to providing memorable experiences for our customers.

Experience in a four or five-star hotel or a high-volume banqueting environment is preferred.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Team Leader, you will report to the Operations Manager and oversee small teams responsible for executing daily events.

Your responsibilities may include managing a small event, a series of meetings, or supervising a busy lunch service.

During dinner service, you will lead a team of up to 12 staff members to ensure the efficient delivery of plated meals to designated tables, including managing special dietary requests.

Prior to service, you will conduct team briefings to clarify duties and inspect your area for readiness.

Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and adaptability to changes with little notice are crucial.

Depending on your skills and growth potential, you may also engage in client interactions and gain experience managing events for up to 150 attendees, with opportunities for advancement to Supervisor, Floor Manager, and beyond.
