We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our service standards are consistently met.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue, including managing stock, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
