We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual with a commitment to service excellence to take on the role of Restaurant & Bar Operations Supervisor.

As a Restaurant & Bar Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing the daily functions of the Front of House and Bar teams.
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of bar, restaurant, and hotel services to enhance revenue through effective upselling.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Overseeing the dinner service in the restaurant, ensuring that operations are organized and executed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinating the beverage program to ensure smooth operations while staying informed about industry trends.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and training processes for new Front of House and Bar staff.

Successful candidates for the Restaurant & Bar Operations Supervisor position will possess:
  • Prior experience in hospitality at a managerial level.
  • Strong leadership and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the capability to adapt to various guest expectations.
  • A solid command of English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus.
