Throughout the day, it accommodates up to 6,000 visitors who enjoy stunning views along with drinks and light snacks. As evening approaches, the venue transforms with an extensive cocktail menu and sharing platters, bringing the vibrant atmosphere of London to life.
As the Bar Operations Supervisor, you will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the Floor and Lounge Managers. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of both areas, ensuring that our dedicated team of 60 consistently delivers exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant, bar, hotel, or similar establishment. We are looking for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and resilient, as this role demands a strong work ethic in a bustling environment.
