About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Urban Pubs & Bars. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Ensure the pub is well-stocked and maintained, with a focus on presentation and quality
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control stock levels, waste, and cash handling to minimize losses
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Promote and market the pub's products and services to customers
