Job Overview

This is a key role working closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to build strong relationships with clients and support the efficient turnaround of customer sales orders.

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Engineer, this role is essential to provide a high quality and efficient service to our customers.

In this role, you will provide exceptional levels of customer service, respond swiftly and accurately to all customer inquiries within pre-agreed timescales, progress or chase outstanding orders in a timely manner, and liaise with other internal departments to provide customer solutions.

This role would suit someone who has experience within customer service and is looking to build a career within sales.
