Job Summary
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of the support team, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and concise communication to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Log and track customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of all incidents and requests.
- Work collaboratively with other support teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer service.
- Identify and escalate major incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
- Monitor and manage personal workload, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- A rota basis schedule, with 5 working days and 2 rest days per week.
