We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Wolverhampton Service Centre.
As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
- Ensuring the efficient running of the network scheduling system by manually intervening where required and maintaining effective communication with external customers, Technicians, Service Centre Supervisor and the Service Centre Manager.
- Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Liaising closely through clear and timely communication with external customers, Technicians and field management.
- Assisting with controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
- Ensuring Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.
Key skills required include:
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via the telephone.
- Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
- Flexible approach to work demands.
- Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (some Saturday work)
