Customer Service Representative for Vulnerable Individuals

As a Customer Service Representative for Vulnerable Individuals, you will play a vital role in supporting customers who require individually tailored solutions due to difficult personal circumstances.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with vulnerable customers to understand their needs and providing empathetic support.
- Utilizing specialist tools such as TEXAS, CARERS, IDEA, CRISIS, and BRUCE to effectively manage customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships with customers to offer bespoke solutions and progress accounts through the Collections Process.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Responding to customer enquiries efficiently and in accordance with OSB's policies.
The successful candidate will have a background in financial support or arrears roles within financial services, experience in a vulnerable customer specialist role, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, opportunities for career development, and a supportive team environment.
