Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tyman UK & Ireland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Key Accounts customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-quality customer service to meet and exceed service targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Offer recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer orders and maintain accurate internal databases.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Account Management or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Systems like SAGE and Salesforce.
