Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of the support team, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, ensuring a high level of first-time fix rate.
  • Log and track customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of actions taken.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate major incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor and manage personal workload, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a varying shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
