About GP Logistics

GP Logistics is a dynamic and expanding company seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirming scheduled routes for the week, including:
    • Calling customers to inform them of delivery dates and times
    • Confirming addresses and contact numbers and updating on the system
    • Answering calls from suppliers or customers and dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner
    • Keeping up-to-date with all emails and dealing with any queries or questions promptly
    • Checking through order flags on the system and ensuring all flags are attended to and resolved
    • Ensuring all paperwork is organized within the office
    • Performing ad-hoc duties as required by your Customer Service Manager

Requirements

Working Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work the following hours:

  • Monday: 7am - 1pm
  • Tuesday: 7am - 1pm
  • Wednesday: 7am - 1pm
  • Thursday: 12pm - 7pm
  • Friday: 12pm - 7pm
  • Saturday: 8am - 4pm

Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of logistics operations.
