Our esteemed client, Brook Street, is a prominent agency dedicated to providing essential administrative support within the legal framework. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the justice system remains accessible and operates seamlessly for all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Support Officer, your duties will include:
1. Maintaining and updating records within the internal database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Managing incoming communications, including telephone inquiries and email correspondence.
3. Ensuring that all compliance and administrative documentation adheres to established quality standards.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position, requiring 37 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday. The role is office-based, providing a collaborative environment to support the team effectively.
Candidate Requirements
