We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the reception and meeting room areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Ensure stationery supplies are adequate and replenished as necessary to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Deal with enquiries from clients and other professional stakeholders via various communication channels.
- Make appointments and manage diaries using both paper and electronic systems.
- Assist the accounts department with taking daily banking to the bank as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
