As a Receptionist at HealthHarmonie, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained reception area at all times
  • Accurately inputting patient details into our system to maintain comprehensive records
  • Assessing and prioritizing patient referrals based on urgency and medical need
  • Contacting patients to schedule appointments
  • Managing deliveries and stock inventory
  • Setting up clinic rooms, ensuring all rooms are tidy at the start and end of the day
  • Scanning and attaching referrals to patient files for easy accessibility
Work Schedule and Location

You will work on a 5 out of 7-day schedule as our service operates seven days a week. 8-hour shifts will generally fall between 6am and 6pm. Your main base will be 540 Etruria Rd, Basford, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Newcastle, ST5 0SX, however, you may be asked to cover other clinic locations within the Stoke and Stafford area as and when needed by the business.

Prior reception and administration experience is preferable, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.

Expectations

As a successful Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business and help our patients. You will be required to undergo a corporate induction and shadowing program to ensure you gain the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Full attendance during the training period is essential.

Salary: £24,000 per annum
