Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Millrise Medical Practice. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, ensuring seamless communication with our clinical team.
- Process patient information, including registration, updates, and correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth communication and coordination of patient care.

Requirements

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
