Gleeson Recruitment Group is partnering with an expanding professional services organisation to fill a Receptionist & Office Administrator position due to the growth of their business.
This role will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for representing the company with a positive attitude and professional manner, while supporting general administrative work to benefit the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the reception and meeting room areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Ensure stationery supplies are adequate and replenished as necessary to support the team's needs.
- Handle enquiries from clients and other professional stakeholders via various communication channels.
- Manage appointments and diaries using both paper and electronic systems.
- Assist the accounts department with daily banking tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a high level of service to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills to effectively manage administrative tasks and systems.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is required due to the location of the offices.
