- Assist People Partners and the Chief People Officer (CPO) by providing first-line support for inquiries related to personnel matters and issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of employee records and HR databases, while keeping the internal Intranet updated.
- Manage and address employee inquiries in the designated People inbox within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires within the organization.
- Oversee benefits administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Team, including the CPO, and prepare HR reports and analytics as requested by senior management.
- Assist in the communication and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support the performance evaluation process by collecting feedback and ensuring timely submission of reviews by people leaders.
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of training programs and workshops.
