Job Summary

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking an experienced and self-driven Part Time Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience.

Daily Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding our website and mobile app.

• Assist customers with queries regarding their statements and financial activity.

• Offer friendly and helpful advice to both parent and child account holders.

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and comments.

• Perform administrative tasks, including monitoring risk alerts and completing one-off tasks.

• Conduct customer call backs to ensure satisfaction.

Skill Set

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.

• Ability to be flexible in a role and adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Happy working in a fast-paced, busy team environment.

• Good technical skills and willingness to learn new systems.

• Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
