Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading business in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of the Client Liaison team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate high-quality appointments with clients, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage and overcome objections.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
