Role Overview


This position is part of the Global Commercial Credit Strategy and Integration (GSI) team, which focuses on developing strategies and integrating new products and changes within the Commercial Credit International divisions. GSI is responsible for optimizing the strategy for Global Commercial Credit (GCC) and managing various integration and analytical projects from inception to execution.

As a Project Analyst within GSI, you will play a key role in formulating impactful strategies to achieve our objectives, building and nurturing strong relationships with project stakeholders (Operations, Capabilities, Compliance, Risk), ensuring seamless integration of changes into our operational teams while minimizing potential negative impacts and maximizing opportunities for expected benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive project management across International Commercial Credit markets
  • Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with essential stakeholders
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, taking ownership of changes while collaborating on larger projects
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at surpassing Commercial Credit targets - enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing collections, minimizing risks, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Provide analytical insights to enhance Right Party Contact rates and Total Dollars Collected metrics
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports, offering stakeholders regular updates on progress, milestones, risks, and metrics to ensure timely project completion
  • Ensure that legal and regulatory considerations are integral to all project implementations and executions
  • Deliver clear and effective communication
  • Promote the GCC brand among business partners, aligning with our global objectives
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for conveying project goals to stakeholders and business partners
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and business lines, engaging with remote partners globally
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying challenges and proposing solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results across shareholder and customer metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred expertise in credit products, policies, procedures, and servicing capabilities within GCC
