Position: Health and Safety Administrator

Overview:
Project Partners is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Administrator to join our expanding team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective management of health and safety protocols within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Health and Safety Management system, ensuring proper document control.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes affecting health and safety practices.
  • Develop and maintain systems and databases to guarantee compliance across all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEWQ) areas, including incidents, safety communications, and mental health initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for all personnel.
  • Manage documentation related to health and safety audits, safety meetings, incidents, and working hours.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of safety communications and training materials.
  • Support the organization of annual health surveillance activities.
  • Aid in the administration of substance testing programs.
  • Provide administrative support for emergency equipment management and act as a backup for the Governance Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working within health and safety teams.
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
