This is a full-time position, operating within a hybrid model.

Role Focus: The primary objective of this role is to manage, analyze, and execute essential compliance projects, including:

  • Enhancement of the counterparty due diligence framework to align with evolving business strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementation of the Compliance Framework and Risk Evaluation Process.
  • Establishment of a Legal Entity Compliance Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive project plans, detailing key activities, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement to guide the overall delivery timeline.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Global Compliance & Ethics to define requirements for core deliverables.
  • Design and implement compliance processes and procedures.
  • Oversee project progress, including regular status updates.
  • Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and manage risks and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Compliance Risk Management Programs and Compliance Risk Assessments, particularly in counterparty due diligence.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record in managing similar projects under tight deadlines within a complex organizational structure.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to advance projects and effectively resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in engaging with senior leadership.
  • Adept at thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
