Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Band 4 Administrator to support the development and implementation of the Nursing Rotational Programme and educational initiatives.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting the professional development of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to the Nursing Rotational Programme.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for the project team and participating nurses.
  • Handle general office duties, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Respond to stakeholders and professionals across the wider health community.
  • Support and monitor ongoing departmental recruitment and training projects as required.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and deal with any relevant queries that occur.
  • Provide administration support for the Project lead and Educator and The Cancer Educator team.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSE's or equivalent (NVQ Level 3).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
  • Knowledge and awareness of confidentiality issues relating to the Data Protection Act and Computer Misuse Act.
