Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading creative projects, mentoring junior and mid-weight designers, and presenting ideas to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and ideas for client campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to deliver high-quality creative work
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-weight designers to ensure their growth and development
  • Support the Creative Director with pitches and larger projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the agency's creative work remains innovative and effective

Requirements

  • Design degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Creative Lead or similar role in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work across print, digital, infographics, and animation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of four days per week in the office
