Job Description

This is a part-time (3 days per week) hybrid role for a Lead Designer at Degen Distillery, which could lead to a full-time role. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction, visual design, and brand identity of Degen Distillery. While the role is based in Brighton, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creative direction of Degen Distillery's brand identity
  • Develop and execute visual design concepts for the company's products and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and design

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in both 2D and 3D design
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for creativity and deep understanding of brand aesthetics
  • Experience in developing creative concepts and executing design projects
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the spirits or beverage industry is a plus
  • Experience in the web3 industry is a plus
