**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement the studio's design strategy, ensuring the highest quality of design across all projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and features, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
* Effectively manage team time and resources, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

**Staff Management:**

* Support work experience and university outreach initiatives, promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Assist the Design Director in evaluating candidates and performance management.
* Collaborate with the Design Director to manage the design department, ensuring career progression and performance management.

**Communication:**

* Develop and maintain expert written communication across projects, pitches, and studio-wide documentation.
* Contribute to the design section of the staff plan, ensuring alignment with company goals.

**Qualifications:**

* Five shipped titles, with a minimum of two as lead.
* At least eight years of experience in the games industry.
