Marketing Creative Lead

Dash is an award-winning SaaS tool used by ecommerce brands to organize, find, and deploy their best visual content effortlessly. Our customers are leading DTC brands like Taster, Passenger Clothing, Beavertown, and RIXO.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Designer to join our team as our first full-time marketing design role. As a Marketing Designer, you'll be responsible for creating and experimenting with innovative static and video marketing assets. Your work will be seen by thousands of ecommerce brands worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Demand Generation Manager to design and iterate on ad creative, both static and video.
- Create best-in-class video content for paid and organic channels - both through motion design and editing interview-style clips.
- Develop visual marketing content across our other channels, including website graphics, blog banners, social media visuals, and video assets.
- Establish and maintain our visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Lead the development of our visual identity, ensuring our brand reflects Dash well and can continue to attract top-tier ecommerce companies.
- Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand design, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or startup environment.
- Experience in video editing and animation preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual design, especially for paid media campaigns.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
- Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Some experience setting up and/or improving internal creative processes to streamline production.
