Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to join our team. As the right-hand person to our Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading creative projects, mentoring junior and mid-weight designers, and presenting ideas to clients.

The ideal candidate will be a strong conceptual thinker with the ability to deliver high-quality, creative work. You will work closely with our team to develop concepts, ideas, and design solutions for client campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept development and design implementation for client campaigns and projects
  • Collaboration with designers and other team members to deliver high-quality work
  • Supporting the Creative Director with pitches and larger projects
  • Advocating for the agency and striving to deliver exceptional creative work

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Creative Lead or similar role in a fast-paced agency environment
  • A portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work across print, digital, infographics, and animation

We offer a hybrid working policy with four days per week in the office. The ideal candidate must be based locally to ensure a smooth transition to our office environment.
