About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead to join our team at Profiles Creative. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading our creative projects, mentoring junior and midweight designers, and presenting ideas to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
  • Mentor and guide junior and midweight designers to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients, effectively communicating the value and impact of our creative work.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our creative output.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as design or a related creative discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your creative skills and experience in brand and campaign work.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects and PowerPoint.
