About the Role

The Head of Compliance, Risk and Governance role at Crisis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong leader to ensure the organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Governance, Compliance and Risk team to build and embed a proactive and enabling culture of compliance and assurance at Crisis UK.

You will also be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for Crisis, ensuring the organization's compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of overseeing compliance areas such as safeguarding, fundraising, marketing, and data protection.

About You
  • Strong and compassionate leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Commitment to Crisis' purpose and values, with a passion for making a positive impact on society
  • Proven experience in governance, compliance, and risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
