We are seeking a seasoned Legal Risk & Compliance professional to lead our compliance strategy and team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE.

The ideal candidate will have over 8+ years of experience in compliance, preferably at an international law firm, with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills.

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for overseeing risk assessments, audits, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive innovation and best practices in compliance
  • Managing and developing a dedicated team of compliance professionals
  • Ensuring the firm's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Identifying and mitigating compliance risks
  • Developing and implementing effective compliance policies and procedures

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

They will be a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve compliance excellence.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about compliance and has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

The Head of Compliance will play a critical role in shaping the firm's compliance strategy and ensuring the firm's continued success.
